About me
I work on digital governance and data systems in public administration, with a particular focus on healthcare infrastructure and institutional interoperability. My background combines administrative law and computer engineering - a combination I find useful when the problems that matter most sit at the intersection of policy, technical architecture, and organisational change.
Currently based in Piedmont, I contribute to regional digital health initiatives and open-source projects. I believe the most interesting problems in public systems require understanding both the regulatory constraints and the technical possibilities.
